Trader Joe’s — home of infamous seasonal treats like Apple Cider Donuts, Pumpkin-Flavored Joe-Joe’s and the Christmas favorite Jingle Jangle — has announced more locations are on the way.

In fact, TJ’s has kept up a fairly steady growth rate, opening 34 stores in 2024 and 43 stores in 2025.
The grocery chain currently has over 600 storefronts, but there are still states without a location, including Alaska, Hawaii, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, West Virginia and Wyoming.
