Tropical Storm Rachel is already making its presence felt in Southern California as strong winds and rain batter parts of the region.

In the Inland Empire, strong winds interrupted many families’ weekend plans, with some events being canceled due to the conditions.

Meanwhile, other areas were already seeing showers before higher rain chances move in Sunday and into next week.
