Amber Alert issued for abducted 3-year-old boy last seen in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES () — An Amber Alert was issued Tuesday morning for a 3-year-old boy who authorities believe was abducted by a man in Southern California.

Messiah Evans was last seen Monday near 66th Street and Normandy Avenue in Los Angeles, according to the California Highway Patrol. He was wearing a burgundy onesie.

Joshua Pendleton, 38, has been identified as a suspect. The CHP says he may be driving a white 2006 Saturn Vue with the California license plate 5SHE918.

The Amber Alert is in effect for Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Ventura counties. If you see them or the car, call 911.
