BELLFLOWER, Calif. () — A search is underway for two people who deputies say shot a Bellflower smoke shop employee and tossed a Molotov cocktail, setting the shop on fire.
It happened around 4:30 a.m. Sunday at The Spot Smok Shop (sic) in the 9100 block of Somerset Boulevard.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department says the two masked men fled the scene in an unknown vehicle.
The smoke shop employee who was shot survived and is said to be in stable condition.
The shop appears to have been completely gutted by the fire, video shows.
