Jessica Barrett found The One on Love Is Blind after all.
Jessica was briefly engaged to Chris Fusco during season 10, which aired on Netflix in February 2026. Jessica and Chris ultimately broke off their engagement over his body-shaming remarks and lack of physical attraction.
As she grieved her broken engagement, Jessica found solace in fellow Love Is Blind alum Haramol Gill.
“Well, Haramol and I had a very deep connection in the pods,” Jessica revealed during the season 10 reunion, which aired in March 2026. “After kind of everything blew up, Haramol was there for me as a friend, or at least I thought.”
According to Jessica, it took her a while to admit that she had romantic feelings for Haramol.
“It took a long time for us to actually just sit down, just the two of us,” she recalled. “I came in sweatpants, like, ‘Hey, what’s up? Let’s hang out, have some drinks, whatever.’ [We] talked for hours and then … he’s a man. He’s like, ‘Look, I know who I am and I know what I want, and it’s you.’”

Jessica Barrett and Haramol Gill Are Both Doctors
Jessica Barrett works as a physician in a local Ohio emergency room, as does Haramol Gill — but it’s unclear where the respective doctors are currently employed. Haramol is also a “national speaker on wellness and human performances,” according to LinkedIn.
“I’m an ER physician, educator, and national speaker who teaches organizations how to build more resilient, grounded, high performing people,” his bio reads. “My work focuses on presence, communication, and the human side of stressful environments. For more than a decade I’ve trained medical students, residents, and teams in high stakes healthcare, and I’ve brought those lessons to corporate groups across the country. I speak on burnout, emotional resilience, leadership under pressure, and how to stay human when everything around you moves too fast.”

Jessica Barrett and Haramol Gill were among the participants on the Ohio season of Love Is Blind, which was filmed in February 2025. Jessica noted during the cast’s reunion that they had a “deep connection” during the experiment before she cast Haramol aside for Chris.
Haramol, however, did not receive any airtime on the Netflix episodes.
What Has Jessica Barrett Said About Dating Haramol Gill?
“I just thought, ‘God, this man is so kind and thoughtful and sweet,” Jessica Barrett quipped of her post-show friendship with Haramol Gill during the season 10 reunion in March 2026. “I was just bitching about work and like, ‘Yeah, how are you, dude? What’s up with the hospital or whatever?’ It took a very long time [to realize he was interested in me romantically].”

What Does Haramol Gill Think About His 2nd Chance With Jessica Barrett?
Haramol Gill watched the season 10 reunion from the audience, where he had a chance to tell hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey what their rekindled romance has meant to him.
“This woman deserves all her flowers, and so I’m gonna give them to you,” he said during the special. “I remember when I came on this, I was so hard on myself about things ’cause the idea of … [experimenting] with a woman’s heart to, like, wake it up without the intention of following through is a sin to me. You can’t do that.”
Once he met Jessica in the pods, he felt “lightning” and a rush of feelings.
“I kept thinking, ‘I can’t run with feelings ’cause I’m going to marry you, your family, your sister, your dogs, your house, your career — all of it,’” Haramol recalled. “I walked away because I just wasn’t brave enough to do that thing. I regret that because of everything you had to deal with for my indecision to do that.”
He continued, “I don’t know why I got a second chance with you, but I did, and I’m not taking it for granted. You are everything, Jess. Every room you walk into gets brighter, every human you talk to walks away more whole [and] more seen. That’s who you are and I’m proud to have you next to me. I love you, Jess.”
Haramol also proclaimed that Jessica was “so hot,” which made her burst into laughter.
