After burying their feud, Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga celebrated Christmas Eve together — with sprinkle and pignoli cookies.
“Just over here trying to get a family photo,” Gorga, 46, captioned an Instagram Story on Wednesday, December 24, of her and Giudice, 53, with their loved ones. The family members, which included Giudice’s brother Joe Gorga, were all smiles as they rang in the holiday.
Giudice’s daughters uploaded highlights throughout the night, which featured Giudice and Melissa recreating their iconic cookie argument. (In season 3 of Real Housewives of New Jersey, Giudice recalled throwing away a box of sprinkle cookies that a then-pregnant Melissa brought to her home on Christmas Eve. The incident subsequently inspired a popular TikTok sound.)
The duo confirmed they would be reuniting over the holidays after a lengthy feud that spanned years — and led to RHONJ being put on pause. Giudice and Melissa came together for lunch in November as they tried to squash their issues alongside Giudice’s brother and Melissa’s husband, Joe, 51.
“The meeting went fine,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in November. “The conversation was about moving forward from the show drama. They are going to move forward, but it’s not going to be overnight.”
During BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas, there was another opportunity to make amends.
“I saw my husband’s relief, and for me, that’s the most important thing. It’s the siblings, and it’s the kids, and this trickles down,” Melissa told Us in November about the reconciliation. “To see the relief in Joe’s eyes and in his face, to me, I’m like, ‘I’m game. Let’s go. Let’s do this.’”
Melissa noted that she wanted their whole family to be “happy,” adding, “We can’t really hash it out too deep, because we’ll just keep circling back. It’s better to just say, ‘Listen, we’ve all made some mistakes here, and it’s time to move forward.’ We are trying to move forward and learn about life a little bit.”
She continued: “This is just going on for too long. Obviously, there’s been some talks and some time for everyone to think about what we’re really doing. It’s time for it to end.”

Giudice also offered insight into her friendship with Melissa and Joe. “Ask my brother, I’m the type that holds grudges. I’m very old school,” she told Us at the time. “For me to do this, it’s real. He said he was waiting for me because he knew how upset I was about things. … Everybody should want family to be together. I want to show America what a real Italian family looks like.”
According to Teresa, it was “really important” to show her children that she could move forward.
“I want to show America that we could be united,” she explained. “I want to show our children that too. It’s really important.”
Teresa’s daughter Gia Giudice expressed excitement at rekindling her bond with her uncle.
“He was my best friend,” Gia, 24, told Us at the event. “I think it’s a relationship that we’re both excited to rebuild and work on. It’s refreshing. It’s like a weight lifted off of my chest. I’ve always wanted this since I was little. … I’ve always wanted this, and I’m just so happy that we’re coming to this place.”
