Nothing can keep Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes’ kids’ spirits down on Christmas Eve — even a treadmill mishap with mom.
“Christmas Eve workout with my kiddos,” Brittany, 30, captioned an Instagram Story video of her and Patrick’s eldest children, Sterling, 4, and Bronze, 3, walking on the treadmill next to her on Wednesday, December 24. (The couple also share daughter Golden, 11 months.)
In the video, Brittany has her head down focused on her workout as Bronze and Sterling try to keep up beside her — but they can’t hang. Sterling falls down and slides off camera first, followed by Bronze, who lasts a few more seconds before taking a tumble on the machine.
The kids, however, don’t appear to get hurt during their respective falls as they pop back up during Brittany’s next round of exercises.
As Brittany does leg lifts and works on her core in a second clip — while wearing a festive red sports bra and matching leggings — Sterling and Bronze are back on the mat.
Sterling is all smiles as she does her own crunches, wearing candy cane-printed pj bottoms and a flowy top. She finished off her holiday look with a big red hair bow, which is visible as she rolls around next to Brittany.
Bronze, meanwhile, seems just as happy to be with the ladies as he lifts his legs up and down while rocking a pair of green tree and gingerbread-printed pajamas.
The couple’s older kids finished off their gym session with arm pulls at separate machines, according to another social media video.

While it’s unclear who filmed Brittany’s sweat sesh with her little ones, it’s possible Patrick, 30, was behind the camera after a season-ending injury sidelined him from practicing with the Kansas City Chiefs ahead of the team’s Thursday, December 25, matchup against the Denver Broncos.
Although the Chiefs are playing at home at Arrowhead Stadium, the starting quarterback recently underwent surgery following an ACL tear during his December 14 game.
“Don’t know why this had to happen. And not going to lie it’s [sic] hurts. But all we can do now is Trust in God and attack every single day over and over again,” the quarterback wrote via X after the game, which the Chiefs lost, eliminating them from the playoffs. “Thank you Chiefs kingdom for always supporting me and for everyone who has reached out and sent prayers.”
Patrick reassured fans, “I will be back stronger than ever” despite the injury to his knee.
Patrick had surgery the following week, and according to coach Andy Reid, was already planning out his road to recovery.

“He’ll attack it, just like he does everything else,” Reid, 67, said in a December 15 press conference, confirming Patrick’s procedure was successful. “There have been some pretty good quarterbacks who have had the same injury, and they’ve done pretty well after they came back. He’ll get after it, and he’s got good people here to rehab him. He’ll be right on top of all of that.”
Patrick, for his part, hasn’t let his injury put a damper on the holiday season. The NFL player made sure his teammates got exactly what they wanted this Christmas by gifting them several high-ticket items.
“Christmas came early for the o-line! Shoutout to QB1 for the gifts 🎄,” the team’s official Instagram page read on Friday, December 19.
Based on the pictures attached, Patrick gave the Chiefs offensive linemen an Aventon electric bike, a pair of Beats Studio Pro headphones, a Hublot watch, a hardshell Rimowa suitcase, white sunglasses and a Full Swing golf simulator kit.
“Appreciate you, Pat!” player Chukwuebuka Godrick said in a video shared by the team as the O-Line walked in and saw the layout of presents.
