Nicola Peltz Beckham sent a subtle message with a new tattoo amid the Beckham family drama.
Nicola, 30, showed off her new ink via Instagram while wearing a teal bikini on Monday, January 19. Her tattoo, written in Yiddish, translates to “family first,” per the Daily Mail. Nicola, who is married to Brooklyn Beckham, debuted the ink while wearing a delicate bikini top featuring sweetheart cups, thin straps and a ruched center.
The model rocked soft glam, including filled-in eyebrows, a touch of eyeliner, rosy cheeks and lined lips. Her brunette hair was pulled back into an updo.
“🐬🐬🐬,” she captioned the post.
Nicola’s new ink comes amid the Beckham family feud. On Monday, Brooklyn, 26, took to Instagram to share his side of the story and shed some light on the drama that happened at his 2022 wedding.
“I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private. Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed,” he wrote.
Brooklyn continued, “My parents have been trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn’t stopped. My mum cancelled making Nicola’s dress in the eleventh hour despite how excited she was to wear her design, forcing her to urgently find a new dress.”

Nicola ended up wearing a Valentino design, and told Variety in 2022 that she planned to wear Victoria Beckham’s design until her brand was not able to complete the gown.
“I was going to and I really wanted to, and then a few months down the line, she realized that her atelier couldn’t do it, so then I had to pick another dress,” she said at the time. “She didn’t say ‘you can’t wear it;’ I didn’t say I didn’t want to wear it.”
Brookyln went on to claim that while he was wedding planning, Victoria, 51, allegedly called him “evil” for seating his and Nicola’s grandmothers at their table “because they both didn’t have their husbands.”
“Both of our parents had their own tables equally adjacent to ours,” Brooklyn explained.
He also claimed that Victoria “hijacked” his first dance with Nicola and “danced very inappropriately on [him] in front of everyone.” He continued, “l’ve never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life. We wanted to renew our vows so we could create new memories of our wedding day that bring us joy and happiness, not anxiety and embarrassment.”
Brooklyn also alleged that in the weeks leading up to his wedding, his parents “repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe” him to sign “away the rights to [his] name.” Doing so would have “affected [him], [his] wife and [their] future children.”
“Since the moment I started standing up for myself with my family, l’ve received endless attacks from my parents, both privately and publicly, that were sent to the press on their orders,” he added. “Even my brothers were sent to attack me on social media, before they ultimately blocked me out of nowhere this last Summer.”
Brooklyn also opened up about not attending David Beckham’s 50th birthday party, writing, “We still travelled to London for my dad’s birthday and were rejected for a week as we waited in our hotel room trying to plan quality time with him. He refused all of our attempts, unless it was at his big birthday party with a hundred guests and cameras at every corner. When he finally agreed to see me, it was under the condition that Nicola wasn’t invited. It was a slap in the face. Later, when my family travelled to LA, they refused to see me at all.”
In October 2025, an insider told Us Weekly that it was “heartbreaking” for Victoria and David, 50, “to not have all their children together during huge press events for the family.”
The source added that Victoria “wanted everyone together to celebrate” the release of her Spice Girls Netflix series.
Us Weekly has reached out to representatives for David and Victoria for comment.
