The Landman cast has had more success in their dating lives than their fictional counterparts.
Paramount+’s hit series is inspired by the “Boomtown” podcast series. Landman, which premiered in 2024, is focused on the West Texas oil industry with a specific focus on crisis executive Tommy Norris (Billy Bob Thornton) and his family. The first two seasons follow Tommy as the corporate fixer working for an oil titan (Jon Hamm) before his boss’ shocking death.
In addition to the professional drama, the characters at the center of Taylor Sheridan‘s series found themselves entangled in romantic highs and lows. Off screen, meanwhile, the cast has found love as well.

Billy Bob Thornton
Thornton was married four times before his high-profile romance with Angelina Jolie in 2003. After they divorced in 2003, Thornton found love with Connie Angland and they exchanged vows in 2014.
