Ken Urker’s sister Autumn has shared the touching last words her brother said to her before his death.
After news broke that Ken, who is Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s ex-fiancé, had been found dead on his 34th birthday on Thursday, October 1, Autumn went live via her TikTok account.
Autumn was visibly emotional throughout the live video, breaking down and sobbing uncontrollably.
During the Live, Autumn confirmed that Ken had died. She also reflected on their last conversation, telling her followers that Ken’s last words to her were, “I love you.” However, it is unclear when this exchange took place.
Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office confirmed Ken’s death, telling Us via a statement that they “responded to a residence” on Thursday “after receiving a call at 6:15 p.m.”
Authorities confirmed Ken “was found dead upon arrival.” The LPSO added, “At this time, we are continuing the death investigation.”
Ken and Blanchard were first acquainted in 2017 after the HBO documentary Mommy Dead and Dearest was released. They became pen pals when Ken wrote Blanchard a “letter of support” after watching the documentary. (Blanchard spent seven years behind bars for her role in the 2015 murder of her mom, Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard.)
Ken visited Blanchard while she was incarcerated and they shared their first kiss when she was still in prison.

The couple’s romance progressed and Ken popped the question to Blanchard in October 2018. However, they split the following year.
In 2022, Blanchard tied the knot with Ryan Anderson in 2022 during a prison ceremony. They called it quits in 2024 and she began dating Ken again.

Blanchard confirmed to TMZ in April 2024 that she and Ken had rekindled their romance.
“After reconnecting earlier this month, we realized that our love for each other is simply undeniable, and life is too short to not take a chance,” she told the outlet. “We have a history that made for the perfect foundation for a new beginning. We are together and in a wonderful place in our relationship. We know it is going to be a long road ahead but are excited for the future.”
In December 2024, Ken and Blanchard welcomed their first child, a daughter named Aurora Raina Urker.
The previous month, Blanchard confirmed Ken was the father by sharing the prenatal paternity test results via her Instagram.
“There’s been a lot of chatter around the paternity of our baby and while we’ve known for sure from the beginning, I feel that it’s finally time to put all these theories to rest,” Gypsy wrote alongside the official report. “Here are the results showing Ken is the father. Ken is going to be an incredible dad, and we are so excited to welcome our baby girl into the world. 💗.”
