Kelsey Grammer looked every bit the doting dad as he was joined by his daughter, Faith, 13, at the 48th annual Kennedy Center Honors.
The Frasier actor, 70, wore a black tuxedo to the prestigious event, which took place at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., on Sunday, December 7. Faith — whom Kelsey shares with wife Kayte Walsh — wore a cute sleeveless dress adorned with pastel-colored flowers. She wore her long brown hair down for the occasion.
The father-daughter sighting comes after another one of Kelsey’s daughters, Greer, 33, detailed her 12-year estrangement from her father from the time she was 4 years old to when she turned 16.
Kelsey has eight children in total, sharing eldest daughter Spencer, 42, with his first wife, Doreen Alderman. He then welcomed Greer with then-girlfriend Barrie Buckner in 1992. Kelsey had daughter Mason, 24, and son Jude, 21, with his third wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Camille Grammer. Kelsey shares four children with his current wife, Kayte: Faith and sons Kelsey Gabriel, 11, Auden James, 9, and newborn Christopher, whose birth Kelsey announced in October.
During a recent appearance on the “Pretty Basic Podcast,” Greer detailed bumping into her dad at the Christmas tree lot she was working at when she was 16 after not seeing him for 12 years.
Greer recalled talking to her boss at the time about the possibility of Kelsey dropping by. He eventually did with his then-wife, Camille, now 57, and daughter Mason.
“It was so interesting that we had talked about it. And I was like, ‘Yeah, he’s probably not.’ And then toward the end of my day, I was getting ready to kind of leave, [and] I looked to see someone come in, and it was like him, Camille, his wife at the time, and my little sister Mason, who was like 6, 7, something like that,” Greer said. “And they walked in, and you could collectively feel like, maybe it was, like, it was just me, but I felt like I felt everybody’s breath just go [mimes breath being sucked in].”
Despite not seeing her father for more than a decade, Greer and her mom, Barrie, lived in Malibu, as did Kelsey and his family.

“It’s a very famous name, but if you live there, it’s, like, a very small town, close in a community. So everybody knows everybody,” Greer explained. “And so everyone knows all the drama. So yeah, everyone was just like, ‘Oh my God.’ And this guy, why can’t I remember his name? It wasn’t Jeff, and I loved him so much. He like ran the Kiwanis Club, [and] he came over, and he was like, ‘Hey, if you want to leave, if you want to go take lunch, like if you want to like, go for a moment, you can come back or if you want to leave, you can leave. We won’t cut your hours. I will fully sign and say that you were here. Like, if you don’t want to be here, you can go.’”
Greer, however, decided to continue with her shift, noting that “if anyone’s going to feel uncomfortable in this situation or feel like they need to leave, it’s not going to be me because I didn’t do anything wrong.”
“Like, I was a kid,” she said. “Like, if anyone’s going to feel shame in this situation or, like, guilt or weird, like, it’s not going to be me.”
Kelsey and Greer eventually talked and swapped numbers, which prompted the pair to rekindle their relationship.
“That’s kind of what started our relationship,” she said, adding that she and Kelsey “have a good relationship now.”
