Not baggy, not skinny! Jessica Alba is swapping basic styles for trendy flare jeans. Loose through the thigh and flowy from the knee down, hers have an ultra-flattering fit, and we found a similarly slimming pair for only $37!
Spotted in 90210, the actress and entrepreneur headed into a meeting in a refreshingly low-key outfit: a simple black sweater, chunky boots and wide-leg flare jeans did do all the styling work. The silhouette is having a serious moment, as it elongates the legs, skims past the thigh and makes even a basic sweater look intentional. Alba’s pair probably has a designer price tag, but this chic Amazon version hits all of the above!

These Lover Wide-Leg Flare Jeans nail Alba’s Beverly Hills vibe, featuring an identical slimming shape and trendy hem. The wide leg opens up into a flare shape that begs to sit over a chunky boot — exactly how Alba styled hers.
Better yet, the deep blue wash reads as polished rather than casual, so these work equally well with blazers for work lunches as they do with cozy knits on Saturday coffee runs.
And if you’re a comfort person, you’ll be pleased to know these denim pants are incredibly stretchy, designed with a tummy-control panel that smooths everything out. Comfort and fit: check.
At $37, these flare pants are a no-brainer addition to your fall rotation. Pair them with ankle boots and a sweater like Alba, or lean into retro energy with a suede jacket and heeled booties. Either way, your legs will look miles long!
