Ward shared that fire signs are likely to cross paths with a Scorpio or someone who expresses scorpionic qualities, such as intensity, independence, emotional guardedness, and secrecy.
“An endlessly fascinating conundrum and an undeniably attractive enigma are on their way to you. Expect to be overwhelmed. This connection has huge potential, but it is fragile and could fall apart at the first sign of ‘real life’ intruding into the passionate bubble you occupy. Alignment is key,” Ward told The Post.
She implores fire signs to ask themselves if they are truly aligned with those they consort with.
“Do you have compatible goals, dreams, and values around money, family, career, politics, social life, etc? No one person is a mirror of another. No one has to think the same way as their partner, but you should align on enough stuff that you can talk and live openly without it causing friction or conflict,” she said.
According to Ward, the root cause of any discord in your relationship realm may be forces outside the container of your bond.
“The real life intrusion of work, money, family, kids, and friends. The distractions that take attention away from romantic love… is there enough there to bind you? You’re going to find out!”
Earth signs – Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn
Leo, Do The Groundwork, Stormy Weather
According to Ward, earth signs will get their dirt warmed by a Leo, or Leo-type, person.
“You’re looking for someone who stands out, is bold and confident, passionate and obvious, they wear their heart on their sleeve, and you know they are attracted to you, there is no denying it. This is your catnip this January,” Ward said.
To deepen this connection, she recommends building a practical, material foundation.
“I am talking about shared space, assets, goals, family ideals, and chores. Eventually, if you commit to each other, you will help each other run your shared life, and you need to know how your teammate ticks and what your dynamic is. Find out!”
This process should involve pressure tests that could lead to necessary discord and effective dialogue.
“Stormy weather may ensue. Romantics often resist the impact of real life on their love bubbles. You might need to be the one to ignite and drive these discussions and agreements. But it’s worthwhile. Habits will form quickly, and things will soon be the ‘new normal.’ Will you have built a firm foundation?”
Air signs – Gemini, Libra, Aquarius

Look alive, air signs. Ward says you are entering soulmate terrain this month.
“Single or attached, you will find true connection and understanding with someone so well-suited and so well-aligned, like two missing pieces fitting back together. Maybe you met in another life, perhaps this is all unfinished business.”
Don’t be afraid to dive deep and join forces.
“Spiritual and emotional themes and ideas should be discussed and questioned. What do you both believe? What do you both wish for in life? What does a “life well lived” mean to you both? Discover as much as you can about your partner’s mind and spirit, their soul thoughts and yearnings,” Ward said.
Ward notes that the ultimate goal of this investigation is to establish unshakable intimacy, the sort that prevails across time and space, and without tedious tending.
“You are free-spirited and love to socialize, mingle, travel, and lead an independent life. You want a partner who is there but not cloying or ever-present. To build the necessary trust, you must first create that soul mate bond,” she added.

She notes that the high fumes of all of this grand romance may inevitably lead you back to the lover you find and make of yourself.
