Every year, the US Open draws thousands of tennis fans from across the globe to Queens to watch the final Grand Slam.
This year, the Open runs from August 23 to September 13, bringing in 256 of the world’s finest tennis players for three weeks of serves, volleys, overheads, triumphant victories, heartbreaking defeats, shocking upsets, and the melon ball-laden glory of a Honey Deuce.
Notable stars competing at this year’s late-summer tourney include defending champions Carlos Alcaraz and Aryna Sabalenka, as well as mainstays Novak Djokovic, Coco Gauff, and Iga Świątek.
This year’s event comes amid a massive $800 million renovation that will transform the Open’s home turf of Arthur Ashe Stadium, adding eight clubs, several bunker lounges, and 2,000 new courtside seats.
In addition, for the first time in the stadium’s 25-year history, the luxury hospitality suites will be directly inside the bowl, ensuring fans don’t miss a point.
While Arthur Ashe is well on its way to an upscale upgrade, The Post rounded up some of the most outrageous US Open offerings where well-off tennis fans don’t have to think twice about schlepping on a crowded subway to Queens to partake in the annual festivities.
Half a million for McEnroe
Those who want to drop some serious dough and rub (tennis) elbows with a legend can do so at The Mark Hotel.
In honor of the US Open, the premier property is offering its $500,000 Grand Slam Extravaganza, which includes a four-night stay for up to six guests in The Mark Penthouse, the largest hotel penthouse suite in the US, six premium tickets to both the Men’s Semifinals and Final, and a private lesson with iconic, racket-hothead John McEnroe.
The glitz gets glitzier.
Guests will also enjoy a private sail aboard The Mark’s 70-foot Herreshoff sailboat, caviar service, bespoke menus from The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges and Caviar Kaspia, and private chauffeur service throughout their stay.
Shine on
High-roller tennis fans visiting New York City with money to burn can ignite a casual $100,000 on The Lotte Hotel’s Game, Set, Sparkle Package.
The high-falutin’ experience includes a two-night stay in the 5,000-square-foot art deco-inspired Jewel Suite for up to four guests and four tickets to the exclusive Palace Invitational.
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with champagne and canapés on the suite’s expansive terrace.
The package also includes a $62,000 12 ct diamond tennis bracelet designed by renowned jeweler Martin Katz and a 30-minute in-suite consultation with Katz himself.

As befits the banner-level bougie that is The Ritz-Carlton, the hotel’s NoMad property is offering serious perks through its Ace the City Package.
The tennis-inspired $29,000 offering includes a two-night stay in one of the hotel’s Penthouse Residences, an in-suite Honey Deuce cocktail class, dinner for two at Dahlias Garden and Terrace, and a muscle recovery massage at The Ritz-Carlton Spa.
While tickets to the US Open are not part of the package, fans with tickets heading to Flushing Meadows receive a private round-trip transfer.
The hotel has partnered with Hudson River Tennis Club, the exclusive members-only club that bills itself as “the only indoor tennis club south of 42nd Street” and features state-of-the-art courts, lounges, and wellness nooks.
Round-trip transportation between the hotel and the club is included, and the Ace the City package lets visitors choose between a private tennis lesson with former professional Noah Rubin or a semi-private tennis clinic.
And of course, for that hefty price tag, guests can’t leave empty handed.
The package includes branded swag, including caps, balls, a vintage racquet, and a full tennis-inspired look curated by Malbon.
Live the suite life
As an official sponsor of the US Open, InterContinental New York Barclay comes correct with its Barclay Ace Experience.
This exclusive $7,500 package includes a stay in the 1,500 sq. ft. Lexington Suite, which features heated marble floors and jaw-dropping views of the Chrysler Building.
Guests will also receive two US Open grounds passes for a September 5 match and private round-trip transportation to and from the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
“The Barclay Ace Experience is our most exclusive US Open offering, thoughtfully curated for a single purchaser seeking an unforgettable way to experience one of New York’s most iconic sporting events,” reads the hotel’s description.
Better with a butler
Inspired by the Open, tennis fanatics can indulge in the St. Regis Hotel’s upgrade to its famed butler programming with a bespoke Tennis Butler experience.
The add-on is available to any guest staying at the hotel (where prices for early September average $2,200 per night for a standard guest room) for a relative bargain price of $250 per day.
Created in cahoots with Wilson, the tennis butler is on hand and on a racket to anticipate every tennis fan’s need.
The package includes complimentary overnight racquet re-gripping or re-stringing, tennis shoe cleaning, professionally steamed match-day apparel, and an in-room assortment of Wilson tennis balls, sunscreen, electrolytes, and energy bites.
“For decades, The St. Regis New York has been the hotel of choice for the world’s leading tennis players and fans alike,” Virginia Weik, Director of Sales and Marketing at The St. Regis New York, told The Post, revealing that demand for accommodation during the US Open now rivals Fashion Week.
“During the tournament, we see a rise in tennis-specific requests, which inspired the launch of the Tennis Butler in partnership with Wilson. The service brings together the legendary hospitality of St. Regis and Wilson’s heritage in the sport to enhance our guests’ experience both on and off the court.”
Guests will also be treated to a VIP shopping excursion to the Wilson flagship store at Columbus Circle via the Bentley house car, a curated Wilson gift bag featuring premium tennis accessories, and the arrangement of transportation to and from the US Open (car service price not included).

As Weik notes, The St. Regis has historically been the hotel of choice for court stars like Serena and Venus Williams and Aryna Sabalenka, so hopeful fans may spot their favorite players in the lobby.
