Today, Thursday, September 24, Dunkin’ Donuts is giving away 1 million free coffees to its loyal customers.
Through this limited-time promotion, the iconic donut distributor will give away free hot or iced coffee to the first 1 million customers who claim the offer.
The coffee chain will reveal the promo code on its social media accounts midday Thursday.
To get yours, enter the promo code in the “Offers & Rewards” section of the Dunkin’ Donuts app on Thursday,
Once claimed, the offer can be redeemed through Sunday, September 27.
Food influencer @snackolator offered the following advice to secure your freebie:
“Make sure you have the Dunkin’ app and an account set up early to grab it quickly – they tend to last a good 30-45 minutes, but the app runs slow, so if you don’t sign up ahead of time, it can be tough to do it when it goes live!”
And Dunkin’ is keeping the freebies flowing all month long.
In honor of National Coffee Day on Tuesday, September 29, Dunkin’ Rewards members can enjoy a free medium hot or iced coffee with any purchase through the Dunkin’ app.
Meanwhile, earlier this week, in observance of the first day of fall, Dunkin’ Donuts and L.L.Bean released their first-ever collab: a limited-edition line of autumn merch — including a tiny sweater holster for coffee that die-hards are lining up at their local chains.
The mini coffee sleeve comes in L.L.Bean’s signature fisherman sweater pattern, but knit in Dunkin’s day-glo pink and orange instead of the Maine retailer’s traditional navy-and-white combo.
It’s free for the coffee chain’s customers — at least it was, until sweaters seemingly ran out on Tuesday morning.
When The Post visited our local Dunkin’ outpost in midtown Manhattan, the on-duty barista warily told us he’d run out of the primo promo item by 6:30 in the morning, an experience shared by many on social media.
Never fear: Superfans can get a human-size L.L.Bean x Dunkin’ sweater of their very own for $79.95 starting on National Coffee Day, September 29.
Also available: A pink-and-orange version of L.L.Bean’s Boat & Tote bag ($59.95) and a coffee-sized tote ($24.95) that’s exclusively available on the Dunkin’ website.
The chain is also partnering with L.L.Bean for a full week of freebies and festivities to celebrate the high holy caffeine holiday.
“We love collaborations that feel authentic to the way people actually live,” said Jill Nelson, chief marketing officer at Dunkin’. “From morning coffee runs to weekends outside, Dunkin’ and L.L.Bean have been part of many of the same routines and traditions for decades. Bringing them together just felt right.”
