Driver extricated after crashing under semi on WB 210 Freeway in San Dimas

SAN DIMAS, Calif. () — One person was injured Monday morning in a crash involving a big rig that’s causing traffic backup on the 210 Freeway in San Dimas.

The incident happened along the westbound lanes near the Lone Hill Avenue exit.

Details are limited, but Eyewitness News has learned one person was sent to the Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center in “moderate distress” after being extricated from a car.

AIR7 was above the scene and captured a mangled Toyota sedan being towed away. The vehicle was reportedly stuck underneath the big rig.

It’s unclear what caused the crash.
