Celebrity Couples Who‘ve Never Had Arguments Through the Course of Their Relationships

While most couples aren’t immune to getting into arguments, a handful of celebrity pairs claim to have never had a single fight.

“It does start with love,” George Clooney said on CBS Mornings in September 2022, referencing his marriage to Amal Clooney. “That’s sort of the whole secret to it. It’s just been easy, like, the easiest thing we have done in our lives thus far. We’ve never had an argument.”

George and Amal, an accomplished human rights attorney, have been married since 2014.

“I think that it’s 99 percent luck just to meet the right person,” Amal, who shares twins George and Ella with the actor, told the outlet of their marital bliss. “I think the one thing we would take is to not be cynical, just to be open, and I was surprised that you were not cynical or guarded at all and things just moved very quickly.”

George Clooney says that he and wife Amal Clooney never fight. George, 63, spoke about his marriage on the Monday, April 21, edition of CBS Mornings, reminding anchor Gayle King that he’d previously told her that he and Amal, 47, “never had an argument. We still haven’t. We’re trying to find something to fight about.” […]

Several other loved-up couples clearly feel the same, and haven’t fought with their partners either. Keep scrolling for more:

NFL star Travis Kelce interviewed George Clooney on his “New Heights” podcast in December 2025, questioning whether the Jay Kelly star was “lying” about never arguing with wife Amal Clooney.

“No, I’m not lying,” George stated. “Travis, shall we ask you the same question?”

Kelce has been in a relationship with pop star Taylor Swift since summer 2023, getting engaged two years later.

“Well, it’s only been two and a half years, and you’re right, I haven’t gotten in an argument,” Kelce said. “Never once.”

George subsequently pointed out that the two men would never win an argument against Swift and Amal, so there isn’t even a point to fighting.

“I’m 64 years old, what am I going to argue about at this point?” George said. “I met this incredible woman, you know, she’s beautiful and smart and she stands for all the most important things that I believe in the world. I can’t believe how lucky I am, so what am I gonna fight about?”

Travis and his older brother and podcast cohost, Jason Kelce, revealed that they were “taking notes” on George’s perspective. (Jason married wife Kylie Kelce in 2018, who revealed on her own podcast that same month they’ve had multiple arguments through the years.)

Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz have been married since 2010, attributing the success of their long-time union with never arguing.

“Marriage is definitely a big word, but look at it like your best friend,” Swizz exclusively told Us Weekly in March 2025. “The communication is there. We’ve never had an argument. Since we’ve been together, our kids [have] never seen it; never seen us raise our voice [or] never seen us yell. Never seen us curse at each other. Why? Because of communication.”

Keys and Swizz, who share two sons, are not immune to disagreements, though.

“When you yell at each other, no one is really listening anyway. Nothing gets solved [when] each other’s yelling,” the producer told Us, stressing that the twosome don’t raise their voices when expressing opinions. “People think they can own people. You can’t. It’s not property that you own. There’s a whole human, right? So, we’re very clear on that. She’s her own boss. I’m my own boss. That’s how we make magic when we come together.”

Swizz added, “I think that helps because people start getting very territorial and making their partner property, and I think that’s the biggest mistake.”

George and Amal Clooney

During an April 2025 appearance on CBS Mornings, George Clooney revealed that he’s never been able to find “something to fight about” with his wife.

“I think because I started so late with Amal,” he said of his reasoning for never arguing with the British lawyer. “I feel so extraordinarily lucky to have met this incredible woman, and I feel as if I hit the jackpot. There isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t think I’m the luckiest man in the world.”

Musicians Demi Lovato and Jordan Lutes started dating in 2022 after collaborating on Lovato’s Holy Fvck album. They got engaged the next year, saying “I do” in May 2025. In that time, Lovato and Lutes never raised their voices with one another.

“Everyone tells me that [fights are] a part of dating or being married,” Lutes said on The Zach Sang Show in December 2025. “We literally never fight, like, ever. It’s a running joke, like, ‘Are we having our first fight over nothing?’ It’s a joke because we do not fight. I guess I’m just very lucky, but we have no reason to fight. We’re always on the same team about everything.”

Mel Owens left The Golden Bachelor season 2, which aired in 2025, in a committed relationship with Peg Munson. They ended the Bachelor Nation journey without a rush to get engaged or ever getting into a disagreement.

“We’re 62 years old, there’s nothing to fight about,” Munson said on the “Dear Shandy” podcast in December 2025. “Like, old people should not fight because you know what? There’s nothing to fight about. If you’re fighting, then you’re one bubble off a plum, come on. All the heavy lifting is done, there’s nothing to fight about.”

According to Owens, he attributed the pair’s peaceful relationship to “similar interests.”

“I have my playlist, and I go, ‘I know she’s gonna love the playlist,’ and she loved it,” Owens explained. “We’re from similar backgrounds and stuff, and she’s always dancing. I’m like, ‘This is my girl right here.’ It’s a lot of fun, it really is.”
