2 men injured after shots fired inside Kroger in NW Harris County, Pct. 4, Texas says

CYPRESS, Texas — Two men are in critical condition after shots were fired inside a Kroger store outside Houston, Texas on Wednesday afternoon, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4 deputies.

Heavy law enforcement and emergency personnel are at the scene, deputies said.

Authorities did not release information on what led to the shots being fired, but say that the men possibly knew each other.

According to deputies, the store is secure at this time.

Kroger released a statement reading, “Out of respect for the ongoing police investigation, we are unable to release information at this time. We appreciate your understanding.”
