Many of President-elect Donald Trump’s team picks for his second term in the White House will have to go through the Senate confirmation process. Also, an expected House ethics inquiry into Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz, Trump’s pick for attorney general, could affect how Congress acts during his confirmation process.
