Super Bowl LX will take place on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. ET.

Who else is performing at the Super Bowl?
The Bay Area’s own Green Day will kick off the big game with an opening ceremony Feb. 8 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, the league announced on Sunday, Jan. 18. The performance will celebrate six decades of the championship’s history, with the band helping usher generations of Super Bowl MVPs onto the field.
The trio, who formed in the East Bay subregion of the San Francisco Bay Area and are made up of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool, are expected to perform a selection of their best-known anthems as part of the tribute.
Can you buy tickets to the Super Bowl?
Verified single tickets for the Super Bowl have not been released by the NFL yet.
Technically, Super Bowl tickets are not released for sale to the general public. The NFL actually distributes tickets to participating clubs and the host clubs who then make the tickets available for sale to season ticket holders and others in their local communities.
After tickets are distributed, fans may find some available for resale on the NFL Ticket Exchange by Ticketmaster.
Generally, the historical cost of the average Super Bowl resale ticket has ranged between $4,000 to $6,000.
