PRINCETON, N.C. — A woman was charged for driving over 100 miles per hour with a 1-year-old in the vehicle in snowy conditions in North Carolina.
A deputy pulled over a car on Saturday that he clocked at 103 mph in the snow on Highway 70 near Princeton, the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office said.
The speed limit in that stretch of US 70 is 55 mph.
The driver of the Chevy Impala registered a .33 blood alcohol content on a roadside test. An earlier post from the sheriff’s office said her blood alcohol content was .22, according to court documents.
