Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s marriage is going strong despite rumors of a split.
A source close to the couple exclusively tells Us Weekly that the pair are “as strong as ever” in their relationship due to their shared values: family and faith.
“It’s rooted in the things that matter to them both. They are very devoted to each other,” the insider explains. “From the beginning of their relationship, they dealt with the obstacle of their careers taking them in different directions and having to spend time apart. But it’s a part of their lifestyle now. They make it work.”
The source notes that the couple have grown accustomed to traveling without one another for work commitments and always reconnect at their “home base” in Oklahoma. “Then they spend quite a bit of time in California and then Las Vegas,” the insider tells Us. “Traveling back and forth is just part of the job at this point, and they’ve both been quite used to it for many years.”
Additionally, the pair are committed to making time for one another amid their hectic schedules — no matter how small a window that may be.
“When either of them is headlining in Vegas, the other is there. They both work so much, but even if they get there for a day to spend time together, that’s what they do,” the source shares, adding that their family and children will always be their No. 1 priority. (Stefani shares three sons — Kingston, 19, Zuma, 17, and Apollo, 11 — with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.)
“Time together, and with the kids, is their priority. Blake will do some shows in Vegas in the new year and Gwen will be there with him, and then when she does her residency in the spring he will do the same,” the insider explains.
In a potential thrill for fans of The Voice, where Stefani and Shelton met as coaches in 2014, the source adds that the couple’s time together on the reality TV show may not be entirely over. The news comes amid Shelton spearheading another reality music competition, The Road, which premiered in October on CBS.
“Those who know Blake wouldn’t be surprised at all if he returns to The Voice, which is really a home for both of them,” the insider shares with Us. “He likes to take advantage of all the opportunities that come his way.” (Shelton spent 12 years as a coach, departing the show in 2023, while Stefani has left The Voice multiple times but most recently in 2023.)
Rumors of tension between Stefani, 56, and Shelton, 49, began to swirl online after the pair didn’t attend the 2025 CMA Awards on November 19. Fans expressed concern as Shelton’s collaboration with Post Malone, “Pour Me a Drink,” was nominated for — and won — the award for Musical Event of the Year.
Eyebrows were raised further when eagle-eyed fans noticed that Stefani hadn’t posted anything that featured Shelton since June. Stefani, however, shut down the speculation with a November 28 Instagram Story that captured Shelton kissing her cheek. No caption was included on the post.
Shelton and Stefani tied the knot during an intimate ceremony staged at Shelton’s Oklahoma ranch in July 2021. The Voice host Carson Daly served as the officiant, while just 40 guests attended.
