Preview performances for Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman begin this Friday evening at the Winter Garden Theatre. Opening night is set for Thursday, April 9.
Lane shared, “I was rehearsing ‘Love! Valour! Compassion!’, the Terrence McNally play with Joe [Mantello]. He just touched me, he said, ‘Someday you and I are going to do ‘Death of a Salesman’ together’. And I was like, ‘Oh, okay,’ I was probably in an apron and high heels at the time. So, I wasn’t really thinking towards Willie yet. But I was touched that he felt I was worthy of taking on such a play.”
