If you’re bored with crossbodies, and sometimes even shoulder bags, we get it. Apparently, so is Nicole Kidman, who wore a luxe-looking alternative in fall’s richest color. Her ‘dumpling’ bag is something between a clutch and a pouch, and we found a chic twin for only $37!
During the Chanel fashion show in Paris, Kidman turned up in a sharp blazer dress and a burgundy woven bag tucked under her arm. The deep, wine-soaked color elevates any look, as it looks richer than black and classier than beige. The woven texture gives it dimension, and the rounded dumpling silhouette feels fresh.
Kidman isn’t the only A-lister on the dumpling bag kick. Jennifer Lopez was spotted with a similar version, which means this sleek bag style is double rich-mom-approved.

This Qwinee Dumpling Clutch is practically identical, with that same burgundy (faux) leather, woven design and slouchy dumpling shape. One happy shopper raved that it was even “mistaken for a high-end luxury designer bag,” which tracks given how glossy and expensive it photographs.
Despite the compact look, this roomy bag holds more than you’d expect. “I could fit my wallet, cell phone and makeup essentials,” another five-star fan wrote, calling it an expensive-looking piece “without the high price tag.”
Pair it with a tailored blazer and loafers for brunch, or rock it with a slip dress and kitten heels after dark. It’s a capsule accessory that turns any basic outfit into something people ask about.
For under $40, we’re copying Kidman’s (and Lopez’s) fall aesthetic guilt-free!
