Is this fur real? Adorable rescue pups had their own runway show at New York Fashion Week

The baddest b—-s in town just hit the New York Fashion Week runway.

Meet Birdy, Charlotte and Biscotti — female puppies from the Chinatown rescue center Animal Haven who just strutted their first catwalk in hopes of scoring a fur-ever home.

New York designers Rachel Antonoff and Susan Korn recruited the dogs and staged their third annual Dog-Slash-Fashion-Show at the storied rock palace Webster Hall in the East Village on Wednesday.

A wacky style parade and pet rescue bonanza, the fetch-ing runway starred famous New Yorkers like comedian Susie Essman, Broadway legend Bebe Neuwirth and “You” temptress Victoria Pedretti — each paired with a ready-to-adopt pooch.

“In show business, people always say, ‘never work with dogs’ because they’ll be too cute and everyone will just melt,” Antonoff told The Post after her fashion show, which boasted a boldface front row with Natasha Lyonne, B.J. Novak and Tony Award winner Ali Stroker — a childhood friend of designer Antonoff and her brother, music producer Jack Antonoff.

“But to us, that’s the whole point… We want you to love our designs, obviously, but also, please fall in love with a dog, or any abandoned pet, that might need you!”

“Honestly, I might need Pigeon even more than she needs me,” said Korn, whose kooky Susan Alexandra line of beaded purses and barrettes has been seen on Lili Reinhart and Gigi Hadid.

Korn used 200,000 beads to create the handmade leashes, collars and tiny puppy-shaped purses on the runway, which she assembled in her Lower East Side studio.

“We make everything here in New York,” said Korn proudly. “But it does mean I’ll get home and find beads everywhere. Like… everywhere.”

For her fall collection, Antonoff sewed trench coats and mini dresses printed with old-school newspaper classified ads, including ones inspired by archive editions of The Post.

“There are also some fliers on there, like the one Samantha prints out when she breaks up with Richard in ‘Sex and the City,’” she pointed out.

The show’s closing looks were modeled by Lafitte Antonoff and Pigeon Korn, the “nepo-dogs” of the designers.

The duo revealed that several adoption requests have already been filed for the puppies in the show, including a teeny baby Chihuahua named Appletini.

“Last year, 100% of the dogs on our runway got adopted,” said Korn, including Gilbert, a rascally terrier claimed by model Karen Elson last year.

Antonoff added that all adoption fees — which can often cost as much as a designer dress at $250 or more — have been waived for the pets in the show. And each adoptee comes with its own $32 gallon of Fur Bebe, a pet shampoo from the Kardashian-loved haircare line Ouai.

Those who want one of the runway pieces need to act fast.

Antonoff’s preppy, playful shirt dresses and snake skirts are already nearly sold out, while Susan Alexandra’s custom-made collars and leashes are on high demand.

So are the rescue dogs from the runway.

“I cannot believe how much interest there is in these puppies,” said Korn. “During the show, people would literally be texting me asking if they were still available.”

“The same thing happened to me, but my phone was in my back pocket as [the show] was happening,” said Antonoff. “I was like, ‘My a– will not stop buzzing.’ It was messages about the dogs. It’s all for the dogs.”
