Alaskan Bush People star Noah Brown has expressed concern for the safety of his children amid his ongoing divorce from Rhain Brown.
According to court documents exclusively obtained by Us, Noah, 34, is worried about his children’s “emotional and physical safety.” As a result, he requested an independent evaluation and for the court to appoint a guardian ad litem for the well-being of the two sons he shares with Rhain.
In his declaration from March 11, Noah claimed Rhain, who is pregnant, moved in with her new partner, Adam Gimello, who’s the father of her unborn child. He alleged that Rhain’s boyfriend is under house arrest and on probation, and is subject to a protection order that restricts his access to firearms.
“To the best of my knowledge, Rhain’s household contains several rifles and pistols that appear to be easily accessible,“ Noah wrote in court documents filed in March. “I am concerned that the current living situation may place our children at risk.”
“The safety and well-being of our children is my primary concern,” he continued. “Because the children currently reside in this environment, I believe it is important for the court to have an independent professional assess their circumstances and ensure that their best interests are being protected.”
He also claimed to be “concerned for the Rhain’s safety.”
Us can confirm Rhain’s boyfriend filed a petition for a protective order against Noah in April for harassment.
In the petition, which was denied in June based on insufficient evidence, Gimello claimed Noah created TikTok videos “harassing” him and his girlfriend.
Gimello, who admitted to being on probation, claimed in docs that he’s not a dangerous criminal, but he has had his “[gun] rights revoked.”

“Rhain and Noah were aware of this prior to me entering the home at all,” he said in court documents. “All functioning firearms are kept in a gun safe that I have no access to.” (Noah, however, denied knowing her boyfriend had a criminal record before he moved in with his estranged wife, according to responsive court records.)
In his own filing in June, Noah denied allegations that he “harassed, stalked and threatened” Gimello.
“Being associated with reality television has both benefits and drawbacks. One unfortunate drawback is that people in that orbit are sometimes harassed by anonymous individuals online,” Noah claimed in court documents obtained by Us. “That treatment is unfortunate, but it does not mean I caused it, encouraged it, directed it or participated in it.”
He continued, “I understand that it can be uncomfortable when a partner has a former partner who remains involved because of the children and shared property. But adults were expected to move forward, act reasonably and build their lives without manufacturing conflict. I have no desire to engage in that kind of conduct. I am focused on my children, my responsibilities and maintaining peace.”

In a statement to Us, Noah’s attorney claimed, “This private family-law matter is in no way newsworthy.” Us has also reached out to Rhain’s attorney for additional comment.
Noah first confirmed his split from Rhain via Facebook in December 2025. Since then, the exes have found themselves in an ongoing divorce battle.
One point of contention is where the kids should live. In a declaration filed on July 10, Noah objected to his ex’s notice that she intends to move out of Washington to Oregon with their children in August.
“Relocating the boys to Oregon would not serve any continuity of caregiving,” Noah claimed in court docs obtained by Us. “I do not write any of this to be unkind. I write it because the realistic picture matters. By her own description, she will be entering a situation in which she is simultaneously acting as a daily caregiver to her disabled mother, pregnant with her third child, and preparing for childbirth. … The boys would not be moving into a stable, focused household.”

In a previous declaration from December 2025, Rhain said she has “always supported Noah having a relationship“ with their kids and hopes to maintain “an open door approach.” (She further claimed that there were no immediate plans to move with the kids.)
At the time, Rhain asked the court to make her the primary custodian with limited decision-making due to their “distance and ability to cooperate.”
“This is not to say that Noah did not care for the children, but rather that the children are primarily bonded to me,” she claimed. “I have a strong, stable and more importantly, present relationship with the children.”
