Video captures 600th SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch over Southern California

LOMPOC, Calif. () — SpaceX hit a new milestone on Saturday night, launching its 600th Falcon 9 rocket.

AIR7 caught a beautiful shot of the rocket lifting over the hills. The video clearly shows the first-stage separation.

“3… 2… 1… ignition. Engine full power. Liftoff. Go SpaceX. Go Starlink Falcon 9. Will you be my valentine?” the team said during liftoff.

The rocket sent 24 Starlink satellites into low orbit from the Vandenberg Space Force Base.
