SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. () — Two people were killed in a fiery multi-vehicle crash Wednesday morning in San Bernardino, authorities said.
Firefighters responded to the area near Highland and Del Rosa avenues around 7:15 a.m.
“Crews arrived to find three vehicles, all with active fire and occupants trapped,” read a post shared by the San Bernardino County Fire Department on X.
Two people – who were both in separate vehicles – died at the scene. One woman was sent to the hospital with minor injuries.
It’s unclear what caused the crash.
Highland and Del Rosa avenues are closed in all directions as the investigation continues.
