UPLAND, Calif. () — Two men who were caught vandalizing a building on New Year’s Eve in Upland have been arrested.
According to the Upland Police Department, a caller reported two men tagging a building that night.
The department shared body camera video of the arrests on its social media accounts.
Investigators said one of the two men tried to run away but was apprehended soon after. The other man, who police said was on parole and had several warrants, tried to walk away.
Officers ultimately stopped him across the street.
