Federal charges have been filed against the Tennessee man who was caught in a Florida hotel room last month with a teenage girl who had been reported missing out of Ohio. Stephen L. Negron now faces life behind bars in a federal penitentiary after being indicted for transporting a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.
