Khloé Kardashian played a role in Tristan Thompson’s decision to undergo a vasectomy.
“Do you want to have more kids in the future?” Kardashian, 41, asked her ex on the Thursday, May 28, episode of her “Khloé in Wonder Land” podcast. Thompson, 35, replied, “I think I signed off for two embryos.”
He continued, “So, I mean, if I do have more kids, it’d be coming from you. I already have enough baby moms. I don’t want no more. More than enough.”
When Kardashian asked him who “helped you fix that decision,” Thompson laughed.
“That was me. Tristan might have had a little ultimatum from me,” Kardashian continued, while Thompson replied, “What? Getting neutered? Sometimes you gotta lay them nuts on the table.”
Thompson went on to suggest that he was against getting a vasectomy at first, sharing that he’s “been a little hardheaded at times.”
“More times than not. Which, I wish I wasn’t as stubborn,” he said. “I guess I am an experienced learner. I learn from experience, not as much as being told. Which is unfortunate, but it’s part of life. It’s part of the journey. So it is what it is.”
Thompson became a dad in 2016 when he and girlfriend Jordan Craig welcomed son Prince. Two years later, Thompson and Kardashian welcomed their first child together, daughter True, days after news broke that he had cheated on the reality star.

He went on to welcome son Theo with model Maralee Nichols in 2021. That same year, Thompson and Kardashian split for good. In 2022, the exes welcomed their second child together, son Tatum, via surrogate.
Thompson noted that he plans on having “no more kids” unless it’s “coming from Khloé’s embryos.” The Kardashians star shared that the NBA player saved “sperm in case you wanted to do that.”
“We saved sperm because I said, ‘What if you get married and your wife doesn’t have kids and you want to do that?’” Kardashian explained. “So we did that. Because you could also reverse it.”
Thompson, however, was against the idea of having another vasectomy.

“No. I’m not laying down on that table again,” Thompson said, to which Kardashian replied, “OK. It wasn’t bad. You were, like, up and walking.”
Thompson explained that the procedure took 15 minutes and was “very quick.” He recalled watching the 2021 NBA Finals with Kardashian a couple days later when the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Phoenix Suns.
“My buddy. Pound it here,” Thompson said with a smile as he and Kardashian fist-bumped.
