Travis Kelce is all in on Taylor Swift‘s new song “Cleveland!” — and apparently, so is the entire city.
“Cleveland is rocking right now,” Kelce, 36, said during the Wednesday, September 30, episode of “New Heights” while discussing the Cleveland Guardians’ path to the MLB playoffs. “Shout-out to Tay Tay for making that song.”
Jason Kelce quickly chimed in to praise his sister-in-law. “Dude, that song is incredible,” he gushed. “Kylie and I have been listening to it so much. There’s just something about it [that] makes you feel really good.”
Swift, 36, dropped “Cleveland!” and three other songs on Friday, September 25, as part of the deluxe version of her 2025 album, The Life of a Showgirl. Swifties didn’t have to sleuth too hard to determine Travis — who grew up in Ohio — was the pop star’s muse.
“I guess there’s something we all can agree on / But my baby likes what he likes,” Swift sings in the chorus. “He already took me to Cleveland / And showed me The Heights, so hate all you like / This is the love of my life.”
She sends an even more pointed message about the pair’s relationship in the bridge.
“You only need to find one person in this entire world / Who doesn’t find you completely insufferable / And I have an important announcement to make,” she sings. “I found mine (That’s right) / Well, I found mine.”

Travis proposed to the Grammy winner in August 2025 after two years of dating. The couple tied the knot in July, celebrating with a star-studded reception at Madison Square Garden in New York City. (Swift reminds haters at the end of “Cleveland!” that she was “wearing white” this summer.)
Days after Swift released The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, she stepped out solo for the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 27. Along with winning trophies for Video of the Year and Best Direction, Swift received the first Artist Director Honors. She also debuted the music video for her single “Patient Zero,” starring Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell.
While Swift celebrated her VMAs success, her husband was winning on the football field. Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Miami Dolphins 24-10 on Sunday in Florida.
Though Travis couldn’t be at the awards show to cheer on his wife, he subtly showed his support via social media. The tight end was caught “liking” several photos of Swift on the VMAs red carpet.
