Sen. Tim Kaine says he made a “big mistake” voting for Kristi Noem’s confirmation

Democratic Sen. Tim Kaine of Virginia told “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that his vote to confirm outgoing Homeland Security Secretary Kristin Noem was a “big mistake,” and “what we want to see is not just the change in the nameplate on the door” from President Trump’s new nominee Markwayne Mullin.
