VAN NUYS, LOS ANGELES () — A person was killed in a hit-and-run crash at a busy intersection in Van Nuys on Monday night, according to police.
The crash was reported shortly after 10 p.m. in the area of Sherman Way and Sepulveda Boulevard.
Crime-scene tape blocked off the intersection, where a white canopy covered the victim’s body.
Multiple police cruisers were at the scene as officers investigated.
Details on what led to the crash were not immediately available, but police say the suspect vehicle is possibly a white sedan.
