EAST LOS ANGELES, Calif. (CNS) — Authorities are circulating bulletins with 27 photos of suspects believed to have forced their way into an AutoZone store in East Los Angeles on consecutive days last weekend.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded at around 2:20 a.m. on Aug. 8 to an AutoZone in the 1100 block of South Atlantic Boulevard, just north of Olympic Boulevard, following reports of an unlawful entrance.

An AutoZone store in East Los Angeles was broken into and ransacked during a street takeover.

Deputies determined that an unidentified suspect shattered the glass door of the business before entering with approximately 10 others in a coordinated “mob-like” burglary, resulting in a significant loss of items, as well as damage to the business, sheriff’s officials said.

The break-in occurred during a street takeover.

The department released photos of five males and six females suspected of taking part in that crime.

Some of the same suspects and others were believed to have hit the same business at about 3:30 a.m. on Aug. 9, repeating the coordinated, mob-like burglary, authorities said.

An East Los Angeles AutoZone store was ransacked for the second time in 24 hours amid another street takeover, authorities said.

Additional photos were taken from that break-in, totaling 11 wanted males and five females.

The photos were taken from footage recovered from the business.

Anyone with information about the crimes or who can identify any of the suspects was encouraged to contact East Los Angeles station Detective Luu or the on-duty watch commander at 323-264-4151. Those who prefer to remain anonymous can contact Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 (TIPS) or lacrimestoppers.org.
