LOS ANGELES () — A warrant obtained by 7 On Your Side Investigates that was filed last month by a Los Angeles police detective is shedding more light on the case against former OnlyFans model Adva Lavie.
Lavie is accused of stealing from men she was dating and is currently facing several felony charges. Lavie, also known as Mia Ventura, was arrested July 28.
According to the warrant, an LAPD detective wrote that on the night of Lavie’s arrest, “Beverly Hills Detective Steve Own… observed Lavie taking selfies on the patio of Azur restaurant… Own was familiar with Lavie because he himself had been investigating whether Lavie was drugging her fiancé [Stephen] Cloobeck with ketamine.”

The criminal case against a former OnlyFans model is on hold after her attorney declared doubt over her mental competency. Adva Lavie cried, limped and yelled in Wednesday’s hearing.
Cloobeck, a wealthy real estate developer, briefly ran for governor of California last year. He was arrested in May and pleaded not guilty last month to witness tampering charges reportedly connected to a case against his former fiancée Lavie.
The warrant states that Lavie was later arrested and found not to be wearing her court-ordered ankle monitor.
The document also references a former friend of Lavie who, according to the warrant, “went to Cloobeck’s home for a dinner party” that Lavie attended.
After the gathering, the friend allegedly “discovered that her purse had been moved” and “her engagement ring was gone,” according to the warrant. The document further states that the friend “asked Lavie for help finding the ring and Lavie immediately became defensive” and called the friend “a drunk.”
The warrant also states that Lavie said “she no longer needed a letter” that the friend had written “recommending her for mental health diversion.”
A judge later denied Lavie’s request for mental health diversion, and she remains in custody while facing multiple felony counts of theft and burglary.
7 On Your Side Investigates asked Lavie’s attorney specifically about the ketamine investigation referenced in the warrant and said he had no comment. A request for comment was also made to the Beverly Hills Police Department, but so far, the agency hasn’t responded.
