Aaron Phypers alleged in new documents that his estranged wife, Denise Richards, is in contempt of a court order as their divorce dispute continues.

Phypers, 53, claimed in docs filed on Tuesday, July 21, and obtained by Us, that Richards, 55, still owes him $41,500 in temporary spousal support and attorney fees  after she was ordered to pay him $5,000 per month in February to cover costs.

In the newly filed paperwork, Phypers claimed that Richards hasn’t made complete payments since the court order took effect and she is allegedly “stonewalling” filing additional paperwork in the proceedings. Phypers claimed that Richards made a $4,500 payment in April and another $2,000 in May and June, but he has yet to receive a payment this month – bringing the total he alleged she owes him to $13,500 and another $28,000 to his attorney.

Phypers further alleged that he has yet to receive a payment this month, bringing the total of Richards’ supposed debt to $13,500 and another $28,000 to his attorney.

Richards and Phypers were married for six years before he filed for divorce in June 2025. He subsequently filed a request for alimony in December 2025, claiming that he is in financial debt.
