ROSEMEAD, Calif. () — Four people were injured after gunfire erupted during a street takeover in Rosemead early Sunday morning.
The shooting happened around 2 a.m. near Del Mar and Garvey avenues, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
One victim was taken to the hospital, and the three other people who were shot drove themselves to the hospital. Officials say they are all in stable condition.
The victims include three men between the ages of 19 and 22, and a 17-year-old.
New video shows the chaotic moment the gunfire broke out at the crowded street takeover. Shots can be heard ringing out as a car drifts through the intersection.
Meanwhile, the person who opened fire remains outstanding. Detectives are trying to identify everyone involved and figure out what sparked the shooting.
