Give thanks for a good deal.

Holiday grocery staples have seen price hikes compared to last year — but Costco has an affordable shortcut to Thanksgiving dinner that comes with a lot less stress.

Many Costco shoppers have probably already heard of their Complete Gourmet Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner, which costs $269.99 and feeds eight people for members.

But the big box store also boasts an even cheaper option that feeds the same number of people — and apparently it’s the real deal.

Costco’s Turkey Dinner Kit is a fully prepared, ready-to-cook Thanksgiving meal for those who don’t want to go through the hassle of making the entire dinner from scratch.

It comes in two smaller aluminum trays packed together. One tray features a ready-to-roast turkey breast and stuffing, while the other has mashed gold potatoes and vegetables. The kit also comes with small containers of cranberry sauce and a packet of turkey gravy.

All you have to do to make the meal is roast the turkey and reheat the sides.

The Post reached out to New York City Costco warehouses to find that the dinner kits cost, on average, $39 — though the exact dollar amount may vary from package to package, as it’s priced per pound. Store associates claimed that the whole shebang typically weighs around 9.5lbs and serves seven to eight people.

Not only is it an affordable, stress-free option, but fans on social media are raving: “It’s worth it!”

“The turkey in this meal kit is super juicy. Always buy one to eat after Thanksgiving!” one person commented on Instagram.

“I’ve been making this every year for 5 years straight,” someone said.

“Awesome, I live alone, and I was thinking of getting this. Now I know the answer is YES,” another declared.

“These kits seem to be perfect for someone who doesn’t want to make everything from scratch,” one noted.

However, some skeptics warned that the meal might not actually be big enough to serve seven to eight people, with many suggesting it might be a better fit for four to six people.

Regardless, Costco’s Thanksgiving Dinner Kit is pretty much on par with the latest data for a DIY Thanksgiving grocery haul in New York.

According to the New York Farm Bureau, the average cost of Thanksgiving staples that make up a classic holiday dinner for 10 people is $66.06, or about $6.61 per person.

If you’re using the Costco Dinner Kit to serve six people, it’s about the same price on average — and cheaper still if you manage to make it stretch to eight servings.

A new analysis from CouponFlow revealed that individual key ingredients for Thanksgiving have risen in price year over year.

The main course gobbled up the largest price jump over the past year, with turkey rising from $1.60 to $1.90 per pound, an 18.8% increase from 2024 to 2025, according to CouponFollow’s Thanksgiving Inflation Tracker.

Sweet potatoes saw the second-biggest rise at 12.2%, climbing from $0.98 to $1.10 per pound. Many other key ingredients saw an increase in price too, including white potatoes (6.3%), milk (4%), pumpkin pie mix (2.2%) and frozen vegetables (1.2%).

According to CouponFollow’s analysis, grocery retailers have been working to help shoppers find ways to save by balancing higher wholesale costs with price reductions for the holiday.

USDA wholesale frozen turkey prices rose nearly 40% year-over-year, but widespread promotions kept the average retail price closer to $1.90 per pound in early November, the analysis found.
