Taco vendor chased, detained by during immigration raid at North Hills church

NORTH HILLS, LOS ANGELES () — New video circulating online shows a taco vendor running from masked agents during an immigration raid at a North Hills church Thursday.

Video begins with the taco vendor – still wearing his apron – running across the church property as two masked agents are chasing him.

Footage then shows one agent catching up to the vendor before he is taken away.

The raid happened at the North Hills United Methodist Church campus near Langdon Avenue and Rayen Street.

North Valley Caring Services, a nonprofit, uses the church campus daily to provide services and resources to people in need.

The group posted on its Facebook page about the taco vendor being taken by federal agents.

Despite the raid, the organization said its Friday food pantry giveaway will go on as planned.
