At 78 years old, Susan Sarandon has dated partners who are both older and younger than she is.

“There are different people who are, you know, younger but have lived a very full life that are more mature, more interesting,” Sarandon, 78, told The Sunday Times in a profile published on Sunday, November 10. “It’s very hard to find a much older guy who’s still curious and not just trying to hold on to things the way they were.”

The legendary actress is currently single, stressing to the outlet that she is “unattached” and living solo in an apartment with a trio of pet cats.

“[It] is kind of Grey Gardens-adjacent,” Sarandon joked.

It’s kind of nice to do a rechristening as you start to realize who you are.”

In the meantime, Susan is still acting but hasn’t ruled out an onscreen reunion with Robbins.

“If he brings me something I like, yeah,” she admitted. “Imagine if people in Hollywood didn’t work with the people they slept with.”
