It’s been one year since one of the most destructive and deadly wildfires devastated Southern California.

Now, a year later, where do we stand? And what’s being done as many try to rebuild their lives?

7 Eyewitness News looks back on that tragedy: the unbearable grief, the incredible frustrations, the uncertain dreams and every moment in between.

Our team of reporters, who have been talking to community members throughout the last year, is offering their memories and insights — and their hopes for the future.
