It’s over for The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Bronwyn Newport and husband Todd Bradley.

Newport’s representative told People on Friday, December 12, that “after thoughtful consideration, Bronwyn Newport and Todd Bradley have separated.”

“This was a mutual decision made with care and respect for one another. They ask for privacy during this time,” the Bravolebrity’s rep added.

Newport, 40, joined the cast of RHOSLC in season 5 last year, revealing to her fellow Housewives that Bradley, 66, was once unfaithful to her.

“A couple of years ago, we were on a trip and he was texting someone on his iPad and Gwen went to say something to him and Gwen saw it over his shoulder. So, Gwen came to me, and I confronted Todd,” she said, referring to her daughter Gwen, 19, from a previous relationship.

During a December 2024 appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Newport clarified, “A lot of it was a misunderstanding, we have different boundaries.”

“Todd never did anything physical with anybody, it wasn’t this big affair. It was really I was uncomfortable with how much he was talking to somebody who was very flirty with him,” she said. “What I was trying to tell the ladies that night is I’m insecure. I take things really personally, it’s hard for me. I wish I hadn’t.”

A month prior, Newport opened up exclusively to Us Weekly about showcasing her marriage on the hit Bravo reality show.

“Todd definitely doesn’t wish I didn’t do the show. I don’t think I realized as we were filming how uncomfortable he was on camera,” Newport told Us in November 2024. “So much of what’s good between Todd and I is really private [between us] and I knew that wasn’t being necessarily filmed to be shown. I didn’t realize how harsh it looked or how kind of stabby my self-deprecating humor could be.”

“There is still more talk about my marriage to come in upcoming episodes, and that will be difficult to watch back,” Newport said at the time. “I really confided in the ladies about some old stuff that’s going on between him and I, and maybe we weren’t in a place for me to confide in them quite yet. So, that’s always on me. It’s definitely not about Todd. We’re happy. I love him to death.”

At the time, Newport said she wasn’t bothered what her fellow cast members thought about her marriage to the tech executive, with whom she has a 26-year age gap.

“I don’t think Todd really cares what it looks like to anybody else,” Newport told Us. “That’s a good reminder for me that I’m very happy with Todd and everyone else can see that or not see that, or wish they were me or not wish they were me. They should wish they were me — I’m in a great marriage, I love my relationship and I’m really happy.”

Newport and Bradley’s marriage was again subject to cheating rumors during RHOSLC season 6, which is currently airing on Bravo.

In a November episode, Angie Katsenavas called out Lisa Barlow for repeating a rumor that Bradley was spotted “making out” with one of Barlow’s friends and that he was “farting the entire time.”

In its nearly 20 years on air, Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise has been everywhere from the pristine coasts of Orange County to the glittering high-rises of Miami and the gilded penthouses of Manhattan. So when the juggernaut landed in Salt Lake City in 2020, the first question on many viewers’ minds was: Why? No shade […]

“I was just told that my friend’s very close friend made out with Todd. And he farted, and it was a total mood killer,” Barlow further alleged in an interview with Bravo.

Newport told Bravo, “I think Lisa said Todd cheated with one of Lisa’s friends, which is how I know it’s impossible. If Todd cheated with one of my friends, I mean, I don’t believe that he would, but also, good taste, I guess, because I like them too. There’s no way Todd cheated with one of Lisa’s friends.”
