SEATTLE () — In a crucial Thursday night matchup between division rivals, the Seattle Seahawks beat the Los Angeles Rams, 38-37, in an overtime thriller to take over first place in the NFC West.

Down by 16 points in the fourth quarter, the Seahawks put together a rally to send the game into overtime tied at 30-30.

Matthew Stafford connected with receiver Puka Nacua on the first possession of overtime to give the Rams the 37-30 lead.

On the next possession, Seattle scored a touchdown and went for the 2-point conversion down by 1 point. Quarterback Sam Darnold connected with Eric Saubert for the win.
