PALMDALE, Calif. () — Authorities on Wednesday asked for the public’s help in the search for a missing family of four, comprised of two young boys and their parents, who were last seen more than three months ago in Palmdale.

Joseph Franz, 10, and Jaxxson Franz, 7, were last seen on Oct. 29, 2025, with their biological mother, Audrey Nicole Burak, and their stepfather, Marcus Ryananthonie McArthur is the 37000 block of Sparrow Drive, a statement issued by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday said.

Joseph is white, 4 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 100 pounds, has brown hair, brown eyes and discoloration on his forehead, according to a flyer released by the authorities that included photos of the boys and the two adults.

Jaxxon is white, 4 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 80 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.

Burak is 31, white, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.

McArthur is 5, white, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 210 pounds, has blonde hair and brown eyes.

No other details about the disappearance were provided. There were no reports of possible foul play in the case.

The Sheriff’s Department did not immediately respond to 7’s request for comment.
