There are plenty of Dazzle Dry lacquer colors to choose from, and two coats create a gorgeous, shiny finish. Finally, once the colored lacquer dries (which takes less than five minutes) you finish with a layer of the top coat. Set a timer for five minutes, and once it goes off, your nails are fully hardened.
