POMONA, Calif. () — The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department says three young boys who went missing after getting off a Metro Rail train in Pomona on Monday have been found.
Officials shared a photo of an 11-year-old and two 12-year-old boys, which they say was taken after they left the train station.
Before going missing, investigators say they all left together in the 700 block of West Cypress Street in San Dimas. They were last seen exiting the Metro Rail train in Pomona.
In an update late Monday night, LASD said the boys had been found. Further details about when and where they were located were not immediately available.
“Thank you tothe public, the media, and deputy personnel fortheir tireless efforts in the searchfor the three boys,” the department said in a news release.
