Lola Sheen won’t stand for sister Sami Sheen’s latest claims about her personal life.
“I am never one to defend myself against my sister anymore because I genuinely don’t care. But I couldn’t let this one slide,” Lola, 20, wrote via TikTok on Wednesday, January 14. “I am single, I am not talking to anyone, and I’m definitely not dating her ex-boyfriend. That is absolutely the one thing I will share my side for because this is unbelievable.”
One day earlier, Sami, 21, raised eyebrows on social media when she accused her younger sister of dating one of her exes.
“Imagine finding out your sister and ex-boyfriend have been seeing each other behind your back this whole time,” she wrote via TikTok on Tuesday, January 13.
One follower asked whether the unnamed man carries a Bible now, given Lola’s strong Christian faith.
Sami replied, “Yes, actually, she gave him one.”
When responding to her sister’s claims, Lola provided some more context on how the mysterious ex-boyfriend came back in the picture.
“Not that this is anyone’s business, but the truth is my mom hired her ex-boyfriend to take care of my mom’s dogs and basically clean our whole house, so he has been working for her almost every day,” Lola claimed in her lengthy statement. “I was living with roommates, and had to move back home for the meantime until I move into another place. I was absolutely not speaking to her ex-boyfriend, but then my mom allowed him to move into our house, across the hall from me.”
Although Lola acknowledged she’s had a “few conversations” with Sami’s ex, it’s simply because they are living in tight quarters.
“I would absolutely NEVER do anything with my sister’s ex-boyfriend,” she said. “And we have completely different types in men.”
In March 2025, viewers got a peek into Lola and Sami’s complicated relationship on their mom Denise Richards’ Bravo reality show titled Denise Richards & Her Wild Things.
While Lola preferred enjoying Taco Tuesdays with friends or intimate Bible studies, Sami was filmed exploring nose jobs and OnlyFans content.
“Things now are OK,” Sami shared with Us before the March 2025 premiere of the show. “I mean, obviously, we still fight like sisters do, but we’re at a much better place. We have each other unblocked now. We followed each other back on Instagram. I think we’re at a good place.”

Over time, however, things appear to have become a bit more complicated as Lola finds herself denying her older sister’s latest claims.
“I have absolutely not been seeing her ex-boyfriend. That is a complete lie,” she said via TikTok on Wednesday. “You can believe whatever you want because I really don’t know any of you personally, and only the people closest to me know that this is not true at all. My sister has always posted things about me online to get people to hate on me, with absolutely no context at all.”
