To build the Retropy E5, Adidas used its Racing 1 sneakers, which were released in the ‘70s, as the foundation. So, although it has a modernized shape, it also has hints of nostalgia. Still, it features Adidas’ iconic three-stripe design.
Adidas has discontinued the Retropy E5 Sneakers, however, you can still find them in some colors. These ones available on Amazon, for example, aren’t the same colorway as Holmes’. The actress wore a gray pair with dark blue stripes. We actually like the ones we found better, as they’re even more neutral to go with your entire wardrobe.
Holmes styled her adidas with a long-sleeve white tee, green joggers, a caramel-colored bag and oval sunglasses. There’s no limit to how you can style yours, though. From jeans to dresses, sneakers have only become more versatile.
