Vice President Kamala Harris on Sunday called out Donald Trump for failing to release a more detailed medical assessment one day after she released her own.

“He’s not being transparent with the voters,” she said at a rally in North Carolina. “He refuses to release his medical records.”

She noted that Trump has also refused to do the traditional “60 Minutes” interview, and rejected additional debates ― and wondered aloud if all of those combined meant one thing.

“It makes you wonder, why does his staff want him to hide away?” she said. “One must question: Are they afraid that people will see that he is too weak and unstable to lead America?”

She made similar comments to reporters on Saturday, saying every modern presidential candidate has released health information except for Trump.

“It’s obvious that his team at least does not want the American people to see everything about who he is,” she said, adding that Trump and his team don’t want voters to know if “he actually is fit to do the job of being president of the United States.”

Harris on Saturday released a memo with details about her health, showing few issues beyond minor conditions such as seasonal allergies and slight nearsightedness.

“Vice President Harris remains in excellent health,” Dr. Joshua Simmons, Harris’ physician, wrote in a memo to one of Harris’ top aides, Kirsten Allen. “She possesses the physical and mental resiliency required to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency.”

Trump has released little information about his own overall health, most recently a three-paragraph letter last November from a physician who is also a member of his New Jersey golf club declaring him to be in “excellent” health but providing few specifics.

Trump’s health ― especially his cognitive health ― has been under the microscope amid speeches marked by slurred words, confusion over names and location, and lengthy off-topic digressions.

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who was part of Trump’s inner circle throughout his presidency and turned into a critic afterward, said he’s noticed the changes.

“I saw decline in his skills in ’20 from ’16,” Christie told New York Times columnist Frank Bruni. “And you see significant declines still.”
